Notice Of Application For An Electricity Supply Licence Under Section 6(1)(D) Of The Electricity Act 1989.

UC Energy Ltd (company registration number 10972017) whose principal office is situated at Unit 43, Greenheys Business Centre, 10 Pencroft Way, Manchester, England M15 6JJ hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority whose principal office is situated at 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU for an electricity supply license under section 6(1)(d) of the Electricity Act 1989 authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the specific area below:

Great Britain, the territorial sea adjacent to Great Britain and any Renewable Energy Zone, or at a place that is not a Renewable Energy Zone but is in an area designated under section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964.

where:
Renewable Energy Zone has the meaning given by section 84(4) of the Energy Act 2004.
